Capkit.in is an electronics components and robotics store dealing in sensitive electronic products such as ICs, SMD components, microcontroller modules, sensors, stabilizer spare parts, audio components, speakers, DIY electronics kits, and related accessories.
Due to the technical and fragile nature of electronic products, all return and refund requests are subject to inspection and verification.
1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
You may request a return or replacement if:

- The item is physically defective upon delivery
- The product is missing parts or accessories
- The item received does not match the product description
To be eligible:
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories must be available
- Unboxing video or clear photos may be required for verification
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products
The following products are generally not eligible for return or refund unless received damaged or incorrect:

Consumable or Sensitive Products
- Soldering items
- Batteries
- Heat-sensitive components

Products Damaged Due To
- Improper handling
- Wrong wiring or reverse polarity
- Over-voltage or short circuit
- Physical damage after delivery
- Water or burn damage
- Improper installation
Products showing signs of use, soldering, tampering, or modification will not qualify for return or refund.
3. DOA (Dead on Arrival) Products
If a product is found non-functional immediately after delivery:

- Share order details, images, and testing video if requested
- Technical verification may be required before approval
After inspection, we may provide:
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Refund (if replacement unavailable)
4. Return Process

5. Refund Policy

Shipping charges and COD charges are generally non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.
